The Start of 'Project Lunar'

Imma make a new moveset for Jigglypuff to be like Lunar. I will also try to do some vertexing of the ears to make them bigger, with 3 spikes at the end. Then I will try to vertex the hair fluff to make it more spiky. I will do a different moveset, but there may be a few new animations. Anyways, this is the very start. He is using his Sleep Chamber, but it will be changed a bit later.
